In this class, participants will work closely with each chakra, becoming aware of its energy and what it requires. Old stagnant energies are cleared, and a renewed vitality takes their place. We will also work with past unresolved emotions that have been stored in the body.

Bring to class a pen and paper, a water bottle (if you like, add some lemon), and wear comfortable clothes.
