We begin with intentional, activating breathwork—a safe yet powerful way to engage the nervous system, open energetic pathways, and prepare the body to receive and move energy. This is an active part of the process. Your breath becomes the bridge between body, mind, and spirit, inviting presence, awareness, and readiness.
From there, you will be guided into a state that can be both deeply meditative and energetically active. Through music, energetic facilitation, and the intelligence of your own system, Kundalini energy may begin to rise—moving through the body in ways that are unique to you.
